Do I have to purchase Tastebud tour tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tastebud Tour tickets must be purchased in advance as tours sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting a desired day, time, and number of tickets, please book well in advance. Can I get a refund or reschedule my Tastebud Tour tickets?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed on the tour. Our tours often sell out. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals. In order to experience and enjoy your Tastebud Tour, it is vital that you show up at the right location on time! The tours depart promptly.
If a Tastebud Tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?

What is included in my Tastebud Tour ticket price?
All food tastings are included, your tummy will be filled. Also included is a Tastebud Tour Menu, merchant guide and tour map.
What about tickets for children?
Tastebud does not offer discounted tickets for children and seniors. If you are bringing a child that is 2 years of age or younger, and the child will not be eating during the tour, you do not need to purchase a ticket for him/her. If your child is 3 years of age or older, you will need to purchase a ticket for him/her, regardless of whether the child will be participating in the tastings. Are there any age restrictions?
Children are welcome on Tastebud Tours, but please bear in mind that some children have a limited attention span and a 3-31/2 hour tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents know their children best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing, walking, and street congestion, please consider this when deciding whether a Tastebud Tour is appropriate for your child
Do we just walk around and taste food on Tastebud tours?
No. You will not only taste locally made foods that will tantalize your taste buds, you will also learn Fun Facts . The Tastebud Tour is fully narrated by your Tastebud Tour guide who will discuss food, fun facts, history, culture, and entertainment that Chicago or New Orleans has to offer. When is the best time to take a Tastebud Tour?
We highly recommend taking a Tastebud Tour at the beginning of your visit so you allow plenty of time to revisit your favorite food tasting locations. How much food is served on the Tastebud tours?

Are there any beverages served on the Tastebud tours?

Are the tours accessible by strollers and wheelchair?
No, unfortunately Tastebud Tours are not allowed to have strollers or wheelchairs on our tours, due to the crowds and tight spaces in the food establishments we visit.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Tastebud Tours are held in rain, snow or sunshine. You should dress appropriately for the day’s weather conditions and bring an umbrella if necessary.
Can I shop on the tours?
Yes, when time permits Tastebud Tours allows shopping. Tastebud Tours will provide you with an easy-to-use map for your return visit to shop or dine too.
Is there parking nearby the tour meeting point?
Yes, there are many parking facilities around each starting point. See address under specific tour.
Are tours offered only in English?
Yes, at this time Tastebud Tours are only offered in English.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes. Private Tastebud Tours are available. Please contact the Tastebud Tours staff by email at TastebudTours@gmail.com.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes! If we know in advance, we will do out best to make appropriate substitutions for you. Please call Lynn 24 hours before your tour.
Does the Tastebud Guide accept gratuities?
