More than just a great food tour!

My favorite part of the tour (other than the food) was our friendly and knowledgeable guide! It was also great that it was also a history tour with information on the locations we visited and the surrounding establishments, monuments, and sites!

One of the best tours I've been on!

If you can only do one tour in Chicago, make it the Tastebud Chicago Food Tour. Tour guide Annalynn hosted a brilliantly balanced tour of sampling local food and a welcome amount of walking in between eateries. In addition to sampling local fare, the tour also stops at some beautiful cultural establishments and monuments in between. Annalynn's knowledge and enthusiasm for Chicago positively shines as she delivered one of the best walking tours I've been on in recent times. Five stars.

Great time for all!

After many trips to New Orleans just 'winging it,' we decided to book a food tour. What a great decision that turned out to be! We followed Tish all over the French Quarter where she introduced us to wonderful foods and shared the history of the foods and architecture of the Quarter. I can't say enough great things about the tour and history lessons! We plan to book a tour the next time we come as well. Thanks Tish!

Well worth the time and money.

We have taken food tours in many cities in Asia, Europe and in the US, and all 6 of us felt this was near the top. The food was very generous and good and the atmosphere was fun. Jeannine Chance was wonderful---funny, informative and proud of her city! We didn't mind the substitute muffuletta location in the Food Court, as she made it clear why we were there. Also, we all felt it was probably an authentic kind of place to eat that delicious sandwich!

Local posing as a “tourist” for a day

Very engaging. The 3 hrs flew by. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and authentic. I’m from New Orleans and I’ve never taken any of the tours so this was a first for me. I learned some things I didn’t know and I’d never been to any of the restaurants that were included in the tour. Great for tourists who want to sample local cuisine and don’t know where to go/ don’t want to stray too far from the quarter.

Chicago Goodies

Recently did Taste of Chicago Tour with our 2 grandchildren. Very yummy! Besides the pizza, brownies, Italian beef sandwich, mini cupcake, chocolates, and mini brat sandwich, we learned a bit of Chicago history, visited Millennium Park, and saw the first Chicago Public Library with an extraordinary Tiffany ceiling. A perfect way to spend a few glorious hours on vacation! Great job, Annalyn; you were a super tour leader!

Awesome tour of the food and history of North Beach

My wife and I went on the culinary tour with Jim the first day we were in San Francisco. I am glad we did. We learned so much about the area from restaurants, to history to good ways to get around town. Plus we ate at some amazing places as well. Jim is really a treat to be around and makes you feel welcome as you walk around and explore. Please go see him and take this tour. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic food tour!

Ten of us, all Bay Area residents, assembled for this tour on a gorgeous summer day. Thinking it would be a fun outing for a group who loves to eat, the tour far exceeded our expectations. Jim, our tour guide, provided a humorous and informative narrative throughout the tour, packed with interesting facts about San Francisco and it's history. And the food -- the food was wonderful! All stops were amazing, but the unanimous favorites were The Italian Homemade and XOX Truffles. Whether you are from across the bay or across the world, do not hesitate to book this tour -- you won't regret it!
