We’ve lived in Chicago for more than 30 years, and being surrounded by so many incredible restaurants is one of our favorite parts of living in the city. For decades, we have been sharing our restaurant recommendations and love of Chicago food with everyone we know. We’ve had so much fun introducing friends and family to our favorite new places, along with old standbys, and seeing their faces light up as they discovered some of the best food Chicago has to offer.
In 2009, we turned our passion into a career – offering the same hospitality and insider tips to you with Tastebud Food Tours. After growing in popularity and expanding to several different tours within Chicago, Tastebud launched in New Orleans, another American food mecca, in 2011.
The family business continued to grow and in 2013 our daughter, Tiffany Noelle, joined the company. She now showcases her acting talents as Bertha Palmer on our new 1893 World Columbian Exposition food tour in Chicago.
In 2014, our family grew when Tiffany got married to Johnson. Shortly after getting married, Johnson began to give tours in the city of Chicago. Later that year, Tiffany and Johnson took our food tours to a third city – San Francisco – where we explore the flavors of the North Beach neighborhood.
